At Lions Den, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our valued clients. To ensure that appointments run smoothly and efficiently, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice: 

     We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appoitment. 

2. Late Cancellation and No-Shows: 

     If you fail to provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee will be applied. The cancellation fee will be equal to the service amount scheduled, which will be added to your next visit or charged to the credit card on file. 

3. Rescheduling: 

     If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at the least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find an alternative time slot that suits your schedule. 

4. Emergency Situations: 

     We understand that emergencies can happen. If you encounter an unforeseen circumstance that prevents you from attending your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.
